yes, it is problem that when you just dd content of disk to another, then uuid
of partition changed.
It is fixed for 42.3 where bootloader allows to repropose when it happens.
For 42.2 there are basically two options:
1. set uuid to new partition same as old one. Parted allows it.
2. manually modify /etc/default/grub_installdevice and change partition name to
valid one ( or delete it and then set again in yast2 bootloader).
So already fixed for 42.3 and no plan to backport to 42.2.
