It is fixed for 42.3 where bootloader allows to repropose when it happens. For 42.2 there are basically two options: 1. set uuid to new partition same as old one. Parted allows it. 2. manually modify /etc/default/grub_installdevice and change partition name to valid one ( or delete it and then set again in yast2 bootloader).
