Please attach /var/log/Xorg.0.log. I hope on leap there is still one available.
Apart from this it's an Intel/NVIDIA combo. Always kind of problematic. Things
get easier when disabling one of the devices in BIOS/Firmware - if possible.
But it is possible, that external outputs are hard-wired to just one of the
graphics adapter. Since you also have Windows running, you may figure this out
on Windows when playing around with BIOS/Firmware settings.
