These plugins don't build when compiled against gtk3, and are therefore on the
"disabled files" list. If you are building against gtk2, on the other hand,
they do build fine but then the corresponding files are left unpackaged. You'd
need to remove the conditional in the %files section which says `%if
%{gtk3_enable}`. This is intended, which is why geany-plugins builds fine for
openSUSE:Factory, where it is built against gtk3.
David, are you building against gtk2 or gtk3?
