## Overview

Some patterns have missing, useless, or outdated descriptions.

* Python3 Development has no description.
* Integrated Development Environments has the description “Integrated
Development Environments.” The user learns nothing about the pattern because
the description just repeats the name.
* GNOME Development, KDE Development, KDE Frameworks Development have
similarly useless descriptions.
* Qt 4 Development: “… Qt 4, the latest version of the Qt toolkit” is

## Steps to reproduce

1. Open Yast’s software management module.
2. Click on “View” and select “Patterns”
3. Hover over patterns to reveal their descriptions.

Alternatively, in the graphical installer, the “Software Selection and System
Tasks” screen shows the package description prominently.

## Actual results

The pattern description will reveal no information that was not already given
by the pattern name.

## Expected results

The pattern description will reveal additional information that helps users
decide whether or not to install it.

## Build date and hardware

Build 0246 on VirtualBox 5.
