## Overview

Some patterns have missing, useless, or outdated descriptions.

*   Python3 Development has no description.
*   Integrated Development Environments has the description ���Integrated
Development Environments.��� The user learns nothing about the pattern because
the description just repeats the name.
*   GNOME Development, KDE Development, KDE Frameworks Development have
similarly useless descriptions.
*   Qt 4 Development: ������ Qt 4, the latest version of the Qt toolkit��� is
outdated.

## Steps to reproduce

1.  Open Yast���s software management module.
2.  Click on ���View��� and select ���Patterns���
3.  Hover over patterns to reveal their descriptions.

Alternatively, in the graphical installer, the ���Software Selection and System
Tasks��� screen shows the package description prominently.

## Actual results

The pattern description will reveal no information that was not already given
by the pattern name.

## Expected results

The pattern description will reveal additional information that helps users
decide whether or not to install it.
