opensuse release

On the Fujitsu E556 laptop, the touch pad does not work. I have tried the stock
kernel and upgraded to kernel 4.6.0.4 from the openSUSE stable kernel
repository. The touchpad is not usable and the KDE touchpad module is greyed
out. I have applied a workaround found by adding psmouse.proto=exps to the
kernel boot but that just give basic mouse features.
How reproducible= always
Steps to reproduce - install opensuse 42.1 on a Fujitsu E556 laptop
boot laptop and no mouse on the login screen
