Um, I could not reproduce it on my testing machine, after upgrade the firewall
was running.
I downloaded the original
https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/172144/asset/hdd/openSUSE-13.1-gnome64.qco...
disk image and booted it. The firewall was not running and it was disabled:
bernhard@susetest:~> /sbin/rcSuSEfirewall2 status
SuSEfirewall2.service - SuSEfirewall2 phase 2
Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/SuSEfirewall2.service; disabled)
Active: inactive (dead)
So for me it seems OK, YaST does not change the firewall setting and keeps the
original state before upgrade.
Dominique, please adjust the openQA test - make sure the firewall is enabled in
13.1 before upgrade.
