This will be part of the Frameworks update to 5.19.0.
To be clear: I won't create an update just for that, especially as a full KDE Frameworks update to 5.19.0 is planned anyway and will probably be submitted in the next days. If you want it now, you can install it from KDE:Frameworks5. Oh, and I submitted the workaround to the devel repo on Friday evening (it got accepted Saturday morning). How can you even expect that it's already fixed in Leap on Monday? An official update takes its time, at least a week. And now, please do *not* reopen this bug report any more, unless you can reproduce the problem after installing our KDE Frameworks 5.19.0 packages.
