The spec-cleaner-format_spec_file is experimental to start with so you should
not really use it unless you know what you are doing. the spec-cleaner itself
is supposed to be used and reviewed afterwards as it is not automatic tool.
Anyway there are 3 bugs I see:
1) the cmake macro gets mangled, will have to investigate.
2) the spec-cleaner change that "breaks itself" is there on purpose, because we
differ on that macro compared to Fedora and that sed is just for that
3) The commentary added above the cmake call is work-as-designed. Tho I have to
wonder why your package does not compile with the macro...
