I would prefer an other approach to drill down into involved details.
Are any consequences from the file "/usr/lib/udev/rules.d/51-android.rules" interesting for further detail checks? Example: … # Kyocera SUBSYSTEM=="usb", ATTR{idVendor}=="0482", MODE="0660", GROUP="users" … Does a varying execution order of background processes matter here for the involved activation of desired settings?
