I disagree, and I fully support the current default layout "US International"
for Dutch users.
New Dutch Linux users (only used to Windows) and people who come from Ubuntu or
Linux Mint, expect a US International keyboard layout. The current default
layout is a huge improvement for Dutch users and will make the switch to
openSUSE much smoother and easier for them.
Experienced users know how to tweak their system anyway, so for them it's no
real problem to simply change the layout as they see fit.
