Not being able to type your normal key combinations to get things like ş ⁶ and what all is very frustrating. Especialy if it comes after a succesfull upgrading to 12.3 and then, at your first document, you can not get the characters you need. Most people will not even understand what happened and hat a change in the keyboard layout could cure this. US International was added just recently, based on bug 774918. I'm not the one who shoud decide, I really do not have any opinion about this issue. But I do not like getting bugs for every change we do here. So please, discuss it in Dutch users community, involve more users, and when you are done, come with new proposal (if any).
