[Bug 807395] 12.3 RC2: rescue system image uses wrong keyboard definition.

The keyboard change should be done before login.
If you have to login first, then run yast to change the keyboard, that's
awkward, unless the change is applied to the usb stick permanently (dunno if
possible - if it is, we need a doc page and link, visible on download page)

Other tools like rescuecd post that question during boot. I don't know how it
can be done here, I just explain the problem :-)

Can it be asked on grub screen? :-?

Side notes;

Yes, I want to suggest some tools developed by forum contributors that have
proved useful on helping users on their problems, like for example findgrub. I
have just started a thread in the forum to ask about this and will open a new
bugzilla with the result.

Also, may I suggest that the policy of not refreshing the image till 13.1 be
relaxed for the rescue image? I think it should be updated at intervals when
required. It would increase usability, IMHO :-)
