Problem:
Build dir moved from /usr/src/packages/BUILD to /home/abuild/rpmbuild/BUILD.
Second problem:
%_builddir (for gcc -I%_buildroot/...) can be explored only if you browse
/usr/lib/rpm dir. It should be mentioned here:
