Adjust the Display and Monitor with KDE4 System Settings, and save them as Defaults. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Set non default Monitor Frequency 2. Run Full Screen capable application like Neverball or Extreme Tux Racer 3. Observe changed Display resolution, after closing game back to desktop. Actual Results: After running full screen applications the Monitor is reverted to 85 Hz refresh, the auto chosen option. Expected Results: Want KMS, Xorg & KDE4 to allow user to control Monitor Resolution & Frequency to suit the actual display and end user preferences. It is not clear to me how the Kernel boot display mode, and starting the Xorg graphical mode with KMS is meant to allow sysadmin to set best system default mode. Relying on Desktop Environment per user settings is sub-optimal. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
