https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=642403 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=642403#c0 Summary: grub sometimes processes keystrokes wrongly. Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 11.3 Version: Final Platform: All OS/Version: openSUSE 11.3 Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Bootloader AssignedTo: jsrain@novell.com ReportedBy: estellnb@gmail.com QAContact: jsrain@novell.com Found By: --- Blocker: --- User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; Konqueror/4.4; Linux) KHTML/4.4.4 (like Gecko) SUSE Sometimes grub is somehow distracted so that it does not recognize your keystrokes on editing existing command lines of menu entries. While grub does not find menu.lst on (hd0,0) because it is on (hd0,6) this is a permanent error. If you type something a completely different input string is viewed instead so that I can not modify command line entries f.i. to pass certain kernel parameters.
