[Bug 581146] Tying to configure Evolution to use MAPI(openchange) to connect to Exchange 2007

I did some searching on the net regarding this and it seems it is a very common
issue on many distros. There where suggestions of using the IP instead of the
Server name, this did not work for me.

I started evolution from the command-line as root, this was the first time I
started Evolution as the root user, so there was no pre-existing
configurations. Below is the output, the last line is the error that occurs
when I click the authenticate button.
