Uh, oh...
After reinstalling the update, the scanner insists in working. I can't
reproduce the problem anymore. I logged out, in, restarted hal... nothing, it
works. Sorry, folks... :-(
The only available data on the not working state is what I posted to the mail
list.
If it stops working again, I'll report back.
I have been going round this problem for two days now. Now that I though I knew
the cause, I can't get the data or reproduce the problem... I feel bad.
