https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=358561 Summary: NetwokManager-kde (0.7r759902-11) manual configuration of device requires reversed IP addresses Product: openSUSE 11.0 Version: Alpha 1 Platform: x86-64 OS/Version: openSUSE 11.0 Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: KDE3 AssignedTo: kde-maintainers@suse.de ReportedBy: moeller0@gmx.de QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: --- using NetwokManager-kde 0.7r759902-11, on suse x86_64 alpha 1 from the kde3 desktop applet (upgraded to the greatest and latest factory, to the best of my knowledge) requires IP addresses to be entered in reversed order. Example 0.255.255.255 as netmask. Automnatic configuration with dhcp seems to work. Fully manual configuration with IFUP also works. BTW the whole alpha actually feels pretty mature & stable otherwise, nice work. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
