yes I can connect another system (Windows system) with a serial cable. But I
need information about the settings (baudrate, parity, ...) and what do I have
to do at the SuSE 10.3 installer that there is an output at the serial port ?

It is difficult to say whether this is a kernel issue or not, as the keyboard
originally works at the start of the installation.

Is there any way you could possibly attach a serial cable and capture serial
console output on another machine? We'll need to see whether there are any
USB/HID related error messages in the kernel log.
