Well, never mind...
Some more research shows that the cause of the problem is my router/my
providers network. If I reset the router I can connect even with the WLAN card
activated.
I guess requesting a new IP adress every 2 or 3 minutes is too much for my
router/provider. I noticed that because my Suse Linux 10.0 on the same machine
started having problems as well, even though I did not change its config. Close
as invalid...
