I don't think It's a good idea. When using zypper I have English keyboard layout enabled. So when I'm prompted about confirmation (y/n) if it would be translated I'll have to switch layout. What's not so convenient.
But then you probably don't want to use translated zypper at all, and use English version only (?). I don't think it is a good idea to mix languages like this either, although i can imagine how annoying this must be for users who have to switch the keyboard to write latin characters.
