https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=221608 Summary: vim: colors present, even when disabled Product: openSUSE 10.2 Version: Beta 2 plus Platform: 32bit OS/Version: SuSE Other Status: NEW Severity: Major Priority: P5 - None Component: Basesystem AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: kssingvo@novell.com QAContact: qa@suse.de In 10.2 you get colors, even if they shouldn't be present. I explicity disabled syntax highlighting ":syntax off" and disabled showing matching brackets ":set noshowmatch" (or just: ":set nosm"). But nevetheless vim highlights the matching closing bracket, if standing on an open bracket. This is not, what I want to have: disabling showmatch should not show any matching bracket. Disabling syntax should not show any colors at all. The help ":help options" doesn't show any other variable regarding bracket to disable this feature. This is a very annoying behavior. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
