Why doesn't it suggest now also to install pkgA-0.2-1 together with libpkgA0-0.2-1? Wouldn't that case be the logical one?
Actually, thats a policy decision, not a dependency decision. (And one of the reasons we want to make policies configurable in 11.0) One of the current solver policies is 'minimize the transaction': the fewer package installs/upgrades/removals the better. Thats why pkgA-0.1-1 is preferred over pkgA-0.2 + libpkgA.
