Hola!
1) Left-Right cursor keys to scroll the list very slow when list is large.
This is well-known and old-standing limitation of yast2-ncurses. It performs very badly when it comes to large lists/tables. It could be somehow better with recent patches o'mine (in Factory) but - still not perfect :( Unfortunately, I've been unable to find a solution how to speed things up when I was maintaining yast2-ncurses ... Related bug, maybe worth reopening: https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=suse30846
2) Shift TAB doesn't go backwards through the frames.
That is very unusual ... could be that your terminal or DE "eats" this key combination. If it does not work in any other YaST module, try Esc-Tab instead, or use Ctrl-F (forward) and Ctrl-B (backwards) to jump between the widgets. Here is a nice how-to on what to do if the usual keyboard navigation does not work as expected in your environment: http://www.novell.com/documentation/sles11/book_sle_admin/data/sec_yast_ncur...
