In SLES 15 SP3, how are the patterns and package descriptions translated?
The pattern translations are located in the repository metadata in the repodata/*-susedata.<lang>.xml.gz files. I do not know how these files are generated or how the translations are processed and built. Ask the libzypp experts at zypp-devel@lists.opensuse.org, they know the details...
