Is there a way to find all sub-pages from a starting point? I've found that several pages under /GNOME/ didn't have the [[Category:GNOME]] tag added to it, and I want to be able to review all sub-pages that might have slipped through the cracks.

You can go to Special > All Pages put in search field GNOME and you will see all of them. I'm not aware of any other way to have them listed all.
