I'd like to set up an Accessibility section at http://en.opensuse.org/Accessibility. The main intent is to help bring together the various groups of a11y users/contributors/developers across our distribution to one place. We're in a bit of a quandary because many of us don't know the existence of the others.

My question, looking at en.opensuse.org home page, how do we ensure that /Accessibility is visible so everyone is aware of its existence?
