I agree here. I've spent some time reducing this list, and probably need to do more. The uncategorized categories is probably one of the worst named, and most important of the special pages. In my mind I refer to it as the "Top Level Category List" and feel it is the best place to start when looking for something that search doesn't find. Perhaps we need to rename it, or at least insert some text to explain just what it does. My goal is to keep the list below 30 entries, and 20 would be better, I'd like to be able to see all of the list on the screen at once.
