It means the "Get Software", "openSUSE Wiki" and "Build Software" labels are not localizable.
I also do not like having the "Discover it" slogan graphic above every localized wiki. My suggestion is to have a more general "openSUSE Wiki" there as it's likely too much work to create a proper localized slogan graphic with the right font for every wiki.
Actually I wouldn't mind having "openSUSE Wiki" also above the English wiki.
The graphical slogan is a problem, not only in the wiki. On the other side, it looks much better than using a "normal" sans-serif font. Therefore I'd put the focus on how to make image generation easier ;-) Is it possible to have an slogan image generator online, with restricted access to, say, wiki-admins? I know this isn't a problem from the technical POV (a htpasswd-protected PHP script can generate the image easily) - the question is if the font license permits this. If this is not possible, someone @SUSE will have to create the images. (Sorry, but unless there's a better way...) I'd say this takes less than a minute when you have created a template in GIMP and only change (read: copy&paste) the text.
