[wicked-devel] Set LINK_REQUIRED to no as default

Greetings. I hope this list is the appropriate place for this question from a wicked beginner. I found from online searches information on the LINK_REQUIRED parameter. I was able to set this parameter to "no" in order to ifup my devices without the link being ready. (In my case it is because I may want to ifup devices without a physical connection.) I am looking for how and where to set this up so that the default value is "no" for all devices; I don't want to add it to every ifcfg-* file on the system. Is there a way to do this?
