with Opera (11.52) does not. Aborts with an error when forwarding to "https://novell ..." off! Two questions: Do you have TLS 1.2 enabled? Did Opera 11.52 give you trouble logging in before yesterday as well?
The reason I ask is because iChain (the old SSO system) does not support TLS 1.2 and we have been having trouble with some newer browsers (e.g. mobile Safari on iOS 5). While openSUSE itself is now off of iChain, the login page was still on iChain yesterday.
with Epiphany does not. Aborts with Error! Same questions as above.
with Chromium works. Firefox and IE should too, at least those are what we tested with.
Cache and cookies of the browser (Opera) have been cleared! If my suspicion is right, this is a server-side issue with iChain, so there is nothing you could have done aside from disabling TLS. Last night, we moved www.novell.com and login.novell.com to some Apache servers that are offloading SSL for iChain. The openSUSE login now works for iOS 5 devices, and it should work for you now.
The Wiki Page-Editor (Timestamp, Headline, etc) is completely missing!
Would you be able to PM me a screen shot? Thanks!

Interesting. We just put Apache in place a few hours ago to start offloading SSL for iChain. Mobile Safari on iOS 5 works for logging in now, and I can log in with Opera 11.52 on Windows. Can you try again and report what you find? If you still have trouble, I can try installing Opera on my openSUSE laptop at home.

No, that has nothing to do with my changes. (MultiBoilerplate "only" inserts a page template when creating a new page.) The editor should look like this: http://paste.opensuse.org/29341822 For some reason, the openSUSE wiki doesn't display the toolbar anymore. I never had this problem, therefore I don't have an idea what could be wrong. Good luck in hunting it down ;-) Using the "WikiEditor" extension would be even better (that's what wikipedia uses), but let's start with getting the default editor toolbar back... Oh, now I see what it's supposed to look like! So the problem appears to be that load.php returns a 404 when trying to load the bento scripts. I may need the help of the theme developers on this one.

It seems that the line: <?php $this->html('csslinks') ?> https://github.com/openSUSE/wiki/blob/master/skins/bento.php#L39 pulls in some css that the wiki tries to load with resourceloader and fails. But I don't see how to fix this... all other installed skins fail the same way. Matt, do we have the default skin from mediawiki 1.17 in the skins/ directory to check how it works there? Greetings

It looks like a simple 404 error to me - http://en.opensuse.org/load.php gives me the default wiki "article not found" page. My guess would be that load.php does not exist on the server (even if it exists in git). -> Matthew, does load.php exist on the server? If it wasn't that easy, please check the error log if it contains something about load.php... Regards, Christian Boltz --

I just saw that the installed vector skin isn't the one from upstream 1.17.0, so I pushed that one. What can be done ? I believe esp and login.novell.com are IPv4 only. I wonder if switching between IPv6 and IPv4 is causing some kind of problem.
I can try working through an IPv6 tunnel to test it out, but I would like to see if anyone who has native IPv6 through their ISP can confirm this. Any takers? -Matt

I still get a "404 not found" status for load.php, and when loading it directly, the usual "wiki page not found" page. I still think load.php does not exist on the server, and it looks like you overlooked my comment about this. Please check this! Hi, one error I found. Log into the Wikki is now with Opera also. The fault lies with Opera in the page-specific settings. These are apparently not taken, but Java, cookies and plug-ins need to be active as a default in the Opera browser. But I have Java, cookies and plugins enabled via Site-specific settings, which apparently no longer works.
