I fixed a few translation errors in the spanish translation and added a whole new simplified chinese translation (zh_CN), which differs from the traditional chinese translation (zh_TW) spoken in taiwan. The changes are already committed into SVN:

@Mike, Robert/Peter: Please update the frontpage whenever you find the time. No need for simultanously updating www.o.o with static.o.o, untimed updates will do fine.
