How to define RPM Repo Priorities

Hi List, What is the suggested method to define RPM repo priorities? We need PackageHub to install icinga, but my customer suggested to enable it with lower priority than base, pool, etc. So far I haven't found any way to do this in documentation and GUI. BR Heiner (new uyuni lover)
