What do you mean when you say it doesn't work? What error messages do you get? Exactly what doesn't work, and what does work? We need more specifics to help. You say you want to set up a proxy server. Are you sure you don't just mean a router (to give direct 'net access to other computers on your network)? Proxy servers can be more complicated to set up than routers...
and my last question is How can I load my eth0 at boot time... so far I had to set it all every time after boot time.
Edit /etc/modules.conf (or conf.modules) and find the line begining "alias eth0". Once you have found the line (or if one doesn't exist) you need to change it to read alias eth0 <netcard module here> If you need to include any parameters when you load the network card module, you can include them in an options line. See 'man conf.modules' for more information. May be you want to setup IP Masq. Look at IP-MASQ-HowTO.

Make sure you use yast to configure your network. If you do that, the rc scripts would automagically start your eth0 interface.
