I used the following, which worked: /usr/sbin/pppd root.dialout 6754 ...but I found that if I used my script to dial & maintian the connection I didn't have to set the permissions. Anyway i would like to know how to create and where to put that script, so it will be sensing the connection and at the time it disconnects reconnects automatically... could you tell me how you have it configured?
