Sorry, I'm afraid I can't really help you with that, since I've never had any experience with GRUB. I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work, though. You may initially have to use LILO, unless you've got a copy lying around on your hard disk, in which case you could just use GRUB from the off and tell YaST not to bother with LILO at all.
