Hi My server's current uptime is 10 days, although there are no logs since Jan 3rd (8 days ago). All the files in /var/log seem to just stop at just after 20:32 on Jan 3rd, and I can't see any reason for this. Apart from that, my system is working fine! Any suggestions as to what could be wrong? Thanks, Andrew

Has your syslogd died? A quick check is ``rcsyslog status'' If it's dead, just restart it with ``rcsyslog start'' You may also have run out of space in /var filesystem. df will show you the available space. -Kastus
