Web Browser Problem
(SuSE 9.1, Gnome 2.4, kde 3.2.1) You guys did such a nice job on my last problem, let me try another one. This is more of an annoyance than a real problem but... I like to use the galeon web browser. No good reason. I just like it. Everywhere I can invoke a web browser, I've set it to invoke galeon. Except for embedded URLs in Kmail. Kmail insists on using Konqueror. I've looked everyplace I can think of, including the KDE Control Center, but I can't find anywhere to specify the default browser for Kmail. Can anyone point me in the correct direction here? Again, I'd appreciate it although my firstborn is now off the table. :-) -- Donald D Henson, Managing Director West El Paso Information Network The "Non-Aggression Principle" Rules

KDE Control Centre->KDE Components->File Associations->text->html, set galeon as the top choice. If it isn't there already, create a new entry with "Add" and set the command to "galeon %u"

Secondborn will do nicely :)

That seems to have worked. I was actually in KDE Components at one point but didn't drill down far enough. Thanks for the pointer.
