Subject: Newbie help: 7.0 as server for w9x clients
Hi
Hardware:
HP LC 2000 - 256 MB RAM - 4 * 9 GB Ultra 3 SCSI disk in raid5 on a HP
NetRaid 1Si controller (megaraid), Intel nic (epro100)

I'm trying to setup SuSE 7.0 Prof. as a server in our office as logon-,
file- and print-server for our w9x client pc's.
All the hardware drivers are loaded and running. And i can install all the
configuraions supplied by SuSE, but they are either to big or to small.
I only want the smallest possible configuration.
In the "Techical guide for SuSE Linux 7.0" on page 37 fig. 2.10 should i tbe
possible to select "SuSE Office Server" but it's not present in the real
world. Do somebody have that config. It seems to be what i'm looking for.
Can somebody tell me wich packages to include when i only want that kind of
server.
What ever i install
i can't get SWAT to run (http://127.0.0.1:901) either on the server it self
with KDE and Netscape or at a client with IE5.5/IE 5.0
(http://192.168.0.252:901)
and telnet from a client pc dosn't work either.
I can ping the server (192.168.0.252) and the server can ping the clients)

please, please, please.
can somebody help me?

Thanks
Lars
