I have not seen winscp, but I believe you could use kio_fish to copy files over an ssh connection.
For ssh itself, kssh might be useful.

Hans, I tried kde and split the screens. In the second screen i used a URL like sftp://jbudd@www.mydomain.com/usr/local/www/cgi-bin/jbudd I changed to another folder in the location bar. sftp://jbudd@www.mydomain.com/usr/local/www/cgi-bin/jbudd puts me in the /usr/local/www/cgi-bin/jbudd/ folder. I have a slow connection and when I move files I get a "Connection Closed" warning. I select "Auto Skip" and everything seems to work. -- Thank you. Joseph Budd Programmer Web Development Iserv Co.
