I just noticed a pair of folders that I don't remember having included in my system: /usr/lib/heimdal/lib (heimdal/lib) It contains the following files: libasn1.so.5 libhdb.so.7 libkrb5.so.17 libsl.so.0 libasn1.so.5.0.0 libhdb.so.7.0.4 libkrb5.so.17.1.1 libsl.so.0.1.2 libcom_err.so.1 libkadm5clnt.so.4 libotp.so.0 libss.so.0 libcom_err.so.1.1.0 libkadm5clnt.so.4.2.2 libotp.so.0.1.2 libss.so.0.1.4 libgssapi.so.1 libkadm5srv.so.7 libroken.so.9 libgssapi.so.1.2.3 libkadm5srv.so.7.0.3 libroken.so.9.5.2 Can anyone on the list tell me anything about this? I am using SuSE 7.3 Pro and am at this time the only user on the box. Am I suffering amnesia or what is going on? Cheers, Brian

Try something like rpm -q --file /usr/lib/heimdal/lib/libasn1.so.5 This should tell you which RPM package the file belongs to. Add "-i" to get a description about the RPM contents. Cheers, Martin
