Hi, although no one helped me regarding my previous request I realized what went wrong when trying to automount ntfs partitions with rw support: ntfs-config installs a set of HAL rules in /usr/share/hal, but for some reasons those rules work only when running Gnome. Since I don't like Gnome and use only Kde I'm still unable to mount my ntfs with ntfs-3g. Is there some kde program I need to run to enable this feature? or some kde configuration file to edit?
