Hi SaX wouldn't play nice with my Nvidia driver. I had to choose between 3D or video. So I decided that video and TV meant more to me than 3D. So I deleted my xorg.conf file (because everything works fine if I let SaX suggest new settings when I reboot). But if I reboot a second time after letting SaX suggest a new xorg.conf file. Then it borks it up and only 3D works after next reboot. So this time I write protected my xorg.conf file before rebooting and now; Lo and behold video AND 3D works great (glxgears even runs at twice the speed, compared to when I let SaX run the show altogether). The point of this post: 1. Just wanted to share a hallelujah moment! 2. Should I report this as a bug? -- Regards Kenneth Aar PS: Any one know of a good 3D game that runs natively on linux?
