Is there anything similar to Red Hat's Kickstart or Sun's Jumpstart in SuSE? If not, could the wizards at SuSE please include this functionality in the next version of the distro. It would be a _very_ important feature to have for those of us who have to install Linux on a _lot_ of PCs. YaST1 has an autoinstall feature for ages. However, it has never been properly documented :( The only info I have about this is attached (sorry for spamming the list with that). Hopefully it is of any use for you. Even though it is based on SuSE 6.0, it should still be valid for the YaST1 in SuSE 6.3. And yes, YaST2 will be much better documented and will come with an autoinstall-feature, too.
