I think that is not the driver, but an install info file for a utility. Try ndiswrapper -i bcmwl5 in the directory where the .inf and .sys >>files are located.

The same is truth with lsbcmnds.inf. It was LSTINDS.INF what did the trick! -- citlali:~/Desktop/linksys # modprobe ndiswrapper citlali:~/Desktop/linksys # ndiswrapper -l Installed drivers: lstinds driver installed, hardware present citlali:~/Desktop/linksys # -- The power led is green now. I'm guessing I've now the adapter installed and I've to use some utility to access the wireless network. I will keep this thread updated and let you know, and eventually the wiki entry, with results.
