John Hi
Why not just put it on your local key-server. Then we all can pick up the correct key :-) Ian - -- A child of five would understand this. Send someone to fetch a child of five. Ian
I have, I even sent it to both the keyservers that are listed in kgpg, but everyone that's asked me for my key, has said they can't find it on the keyservers. So...this should have been done first (but hey...that's me), I now have my key on the hkp://pgp.mit.edu keyserver , so *everyone* who wants it should be able to get it. I just don't know why it wasn't able to be imported from the other two keyservers, hkp://blackhole.pca.dfn.de and hkp://wwwkeys.pgp.net . Any ideas? <sigh>...yes, I just now checked, and my key *still* isn't on any of the 3 servers I sent it to. I tried sending it 3 more times to each one and it still won't show up on the servers. How do I do the copy/paste thing you did to export it? John - -- I needed fresh bugs for my SuSE gecko, and Linux penguin. So I went out and caught this huge ugly blue and red and green and yellow butterfly. I think you need to use the -a flag. Try gpg --export -a XXXXXXXX in a console and paste the result to the server. Alternatively gpg --export -a XXXXXXXX > mykey.asc etc. Replace XXXXXXXX with whatever you get for your public key from gpg --list-keys -- JDL Non enim propter gloriam, diuicias aut honores pugnamus set propter libertatem solummodo quam Nemo bonus nisi simul cum vita amittit.
