I have just found something else on another list. The user there says that I should go into YaST and modify the config for Wlan0, by going into Expert settings and switching off the power management. I didn't know that this was enabled by default as I turned off all power management in the bios etc.. I have switched it off now and will let you know if this solves the problem. Just as I was about to send this message I got the same error, so I don't think it has worked... I have just rebooted and will try again and see. Thanks.
