As a followup, NADA! 'Just spits out paper, no matter what "quality" I've chosen in Kprinter. I can't believe that the folks working on Moz. are that ignorant about the MANDATE to be able to print correctly! Some recent new converts to SuSE (and Linux) are most unhappy that they can't print out an occasional piece of mail and web page. No, they SHOULDN'T have to change to different software. Moz. and NS should work properly. In /opt/mozilla/defaults/pref/unix.js (If you have your Mozilla in /opt. Try to open an editor, and have a look in thhis file. There is a line: pref("print.printer_list", ""); // list of printers, ^^^ Here you put in the name of your printers.
